Prevention of Back Pain

As the saying goes, “Health is wealth… And the best cure for all diseases is prevention”

Good and healthy back is a great factor that reduces risks of getting back pain. These are helpful tips to have a healthy back – 1. Take a regular exercise, walking and swimming is a good form of exercise,  2. Try keeping stress levels at the lowest, 3. Bend from knees and hips, not at back, and 4. Maintain a good posture, because keeping your shoulders back at most proper posture is really a lot of help to prevent back pains rather than slouching…
